Privacy notice

How UICA collects, uses, protects, retains, and deletes personal information.
This is the Phase 4 operational draft required by the UICA blueprint. UICA must complete legal and governance review before treating it as final legal text.

Information UICA receives

UICA receives information you provide in applications and communications, plus limited security and delivery records needed to operate the service.

Why information is used

Information is used to assess eligibility, administer applications, communicate outcomes, protect the service, meet safeguarding duties, and maintain accountable records.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorized people and service providers with a legitimate operational need. UICA does not publish applicant information or sell personal data.

Retention and choices

UICA should keep information only for an approved retention period and provide a route to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Final periods require legal approval.
