UICA policy

Code of conduct

Shared expectations for respectful, safe, honest, and accountable participation.
This is the Phase 4 operational draft required by the UICA blueprint. UICA must complete legal and governance review before treating it as final legal text.

Dignity and respect

Treat people with dignity across identity, nationality, language, belief, disability, background, and role. Harassment, exploitation, discrimination, and retaliation are not acceptable.

Integrity

Be honest about identity, work, evidence, conflicts of interest, use of resources, and public claims. Respect privacy, consent, authorship, and approved scope.

Safety and reporting

Follow safeguarding instructions, maintain appropriate boundaries, and report concerns promptly through an approved route. Urgent danger should be reported to local emergency services.

Accountability

Concerns should be assessed fairly and proportionately, with access limited or removed when necessary to protect people and UICA's work.
