UICA uses essential, secure cookies to maintain authentication and to exchange private application access links for short-lived browser sessions.
No optional tracking in Phase 4
The Phase 4 public application flow does not require advertising cookies or optional analytics cookies.
Browser controls
Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, draft continuation, application status, and other security functions from working.
